Heat the oven to Gas 4, 180°C, 350°F. Put the ginger and pineapple in a blender and whizz until smooth. Add the orange and lime zest and juice then blitz again.

Put a prepared hot ham in a lightly oiled roasting tray and spread the glaze over. Push the cloves evenly over the ham and finally drizzle with the honey. Place in the lower part of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and spoon over any juices from the ham, return and repeat after another 15 minutes. When cooked rest for 10 minutes and serve.
