Caribbean style drumsticks HERO

Heat the oven to gas 5, 190°C, fan 170ºC.

Mix the drumsticks in the sauce and cook for 20 minutes until cooked through with no pink showing. 

Serve with the rice, peppers, mango and red chilli.
