Heat a frying pan with some olive oil and add the chopped chicken.
Meanwhile, squeeze 1 whole lime into a bowl, add the red and green chillies and the paprika.
When the chicken has cooked through, sprinkle over the piri piri, paprika and hot chilli powder, making sure to turn the chicken over. Add the lime mixture over the chicken, stirring until it stops sizzling and serve.
Best served with rice or chips.
