Carrot and lentil soup recipe

Add the carrots, leeks and lentils to a large pot. Dissolve the stock cubes in the water and add to the pot then add the worcester sauce.

Bring to the boil.

Simmer until vegetables are soft (around 40 minuites) then blend and serve.

Freezes well.
