Mix flour, salt and yeast in a bowl

Mix grated carrot and garlic cloves with warm water

Gradually mix the water with the flour mix to make a soft dough

Add melted butter and knead for up to 10 minutes

Cover and leave in a warm place to rise for about 1/2 hour

Shape into rolls and leave to rise for another 1/2 hour

Bake in the oven 210 °C for about 15 minutes

Baking time may vary depending on the size of the rolls and you may have to adjust the heat depending on the type of your oven
