Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and lightly fry broccoli florets (3-4 minutes).
In a bowl, mix the sliced onion, cabbage, celery, grated carrot and raisins.
Mix the sesame oil and balsamic in a small bowl, then season to taste.
Add the broccoli to the other vegetables.
Pour on the dressing and toss together.
