Cauliflower & Cheese Soup recipe

Prepare your vegetable stock.

Finely dice the onion and slice the garlic clove.

Dice the potato and chop the cauliflower into small pieces.

Heat a pan and saute your onions and garlic in the olive oil until the onions are soft.

Add the garlic and onions along with the rest of the ingredients (apart from the cheese) to your soupmaker.

Choose the smooth setting.

When the soup is done add the grated cheese and use the blend action for a few seconds until fully melted.

Serve with crusty bread.
