This quick and simple cocktail is an elegant tipple to greet your guests with this Christmas, combining tart raspberry liqueur with the delicate bubbles of Brut Champagne.

  1. Place 4 martini glasses in the freezer a few minutes before you make the cocktails.
  2. Once lightly chilled, remove from the freezer and divide the framboise evenly between them.
  3. Top up each glass with the champagne, pouring slowly and steadily. Serve immediately.
