Follow instructions on your flavoured cous cous to make up And leave to one side
Preheat oven to gas mark 5
Prepare the 4 peppers. Slice off the top and remove seeds from inside. Check whether pepper will stand in own if not slice a little from the bottom to make level. Be careful not to go through and make a hole as the filling will escape.
Chop your choice of vegetables finely and add to cous cous Mix thoroughly
Using a spoon, place a couple of spoonfuls of the cous cous mixture into the bottom of each pepper, gently push down to pack tightly. Then add a little of the Chaource cheese to each one. Add more cous cous and pack down and repeat this process until all filling is used or all peppers are full
Place the lids back on the peppers
use a square of tin foil and place the pepper in the centre. Then gather around the edge slightly to make a small bowl for the pepper to sit in and place on baking tin. Repeat for each pepper
Place in the oven and bake on gas mark 5 for 30 minutes. Check part way through as dependant on the size of the pepper it may take less time than this
experiment with different flavours of cous cous.
Served with a simple salad and paprika spiced swede fries makes a perfect meal
