Cheat's Eton mess recipe

Add this recipe to your binder.

Hull the strawberries. Mash half of them with 1tsp of the granulated sweetener until pureed. Cut the remainder into quarters (or eighths if they are very large). Beat the remaining sweetener into the fromage frais then stir the chopped strawberries into the mixture. Now stir in the puéee and finally lightly crush the mini meringues and fold them in. Spoon the mixture into four serving glasses/dishes and chill for a few minutes if you can.
