This broccoli and cheddar pasta bake is a easy one-tray bake that packs a flavoursome and creamy texture.
Boil the pasta and broccoli for about 7 minutes, drain, reserve the liquid.
Dissolve the vegetable stock cube in 400ml of reserved liquid, pour in prepared cheese sauce, milk, add herbs, bring to a boil and whisk in half the cheese.
Stir in pasta, broccoli and parsley.
Pour into shallow casserole dish, mix in remaining cheese and breadcrumbs, bake in the oven for 10 minutes using the top grill, do not let the cheese burn.
