I like to make a recipe that is suitable for the whole family. My husband and son love meat. My daughter and I are vegetarian. We can all sit down together and enjoy a meal. Same recipe with only a slight change!
Fry off the onions and mince in oil
Make mash and add grated cheese
Add beans, stock pot and a little liquid to mince.
Season with chilli and taste
Place mince mixture in a suitable dish
Top with cheese mash
Bake until piping hot and the topping has browned
