Using fresh or frozen cod fillets, wrap in tin foil to make a parcel. Cook on 180 for 20-25 minutes
In a large frying pan empty a can of chopped tomatoes, cannelini beans, crushed garlic, tomato puree and chilli. Cook on a medium stove for 20 minutes, the mixture will thicken.
Pop some garlic bread in the oven for the last 10 minutes of the fish cooking time
Optional; add a wedge of lemon to the foil parcel
