Cook pasta to taste, add in broccoli for final 5minutes and cook until tender. Drain Pasta and Broccoli and then heat on the grill.
Heat butter in a saucepan and sieve in the flour. Cook for 1 min while stirring well, slowly add the milk. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 1-2mins.
Stir into the white sauce 1/2 the mature cheddar, mustard and a little salt & pepper.
Mix in the broccoli, pasta and chop up the bacon and all all to a shallow ovenproof dish. Crumble up the mature stilton over the top of the dish and cook under the grill for 4-5mins until golden and bubbling.
