Invented this as one of my student culinary combinations. Quite proud as it‘s mega tasty and very healthy too. Especially when using Extra Light Cheese Triangle and a Low Fat Pasta Sauce.
Begin by boiling the Pasta in Water for approximatly 15 minutes, depending on how al dente you like it.
While the pasta is boiling, chop the mushrooms into slices and break up the cheese triangle into another pan.
Once the pasta has been boiling for about 5-8 minutes egin simmering the broken up Cheese Triangle. Add the Sliced Mushrooms to the melting cheese mix too.
Next add the ragu sauce to the cheese and mushroom mix.
Once the pasta sauce mix is heated well through add the garlic powder and mix all together.
Once the pasta has finished boiling drain well and then add the pasta sauce on top.
The longer you leave the Pasta to boil the softer it will be.
