Put the pasta onto boil, with a pinch of salt added in the water, for 10 minutes.
Put the bacon in the oven at 180 degrees.
Sieve the flour and add to a seperate saucepan a bit at time whilst adding the milk a bit at time always stirring. Then add the cheese a bit at time stirring as you go.
Drain the pasta and put into a pasta dish. Chop up the bacon and sprinkle on the pasta and pour over the cheese sauce and mix together.
Put the dish into the oven for around 20 minutes.
Always leave the sauce less thicker than usual remembering when you add the cheese it will thicken it.
