Slice potatoes and put on to boil for around 15 minutes.
While potatoes are boiling cut the sausages into bite size portions, chop onion and bacon and fry together until browned.
Add stock to light cream cheese in a small pot and cook gently until the light cream cheese has melted.
Drain the potatoes and mix all ingredients together. Serve with grated cheese.
Tip: Grill sausages and bacon and leave skins on potatoes to make it healthier.
