I used to eat this when loosing weight with weight watchers
Put the oats in a saucepans with milk to cover over the top by an inch
Allow to gently bubble and thicken as the oats cook off, add more milk/sugar if required for sweetness
Once the porridge is cooked (after about ten minutes) add the cherries and berries and mix so the porridge has a lovely red hue. SERVE!
Add honey for flavour if liked
The cherries and berries can be frozen and heated in the microwave for a melted berry effect
