cherry tomato and wild mushroom pasta recipe

i am a trained french chef and this recipe are simple and so good and like that you can cook like a chef

roast the shallots and the garlic and the cherry tomatoes in the oven for about 5min at 230c

ad all of these ingredients once roasted in a mixing container and blitz all it

put the mix in a pan and add the creme fraiche and leave to simmer for about 5 min

boil the water and cook the pasta and serve add cheese if required

cover the oven dish with tin foil
