68073109 Cherry Tomato Chutney HERO

Cook the celery in the vinegar and honey until the celery is soft and the liquid has reduced to a syrup.

Add the cherry tomatoes and the tomato puree.

Cook over a medium heat until the tomatoes are soft but still keep the shape. This will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Cook’s suggestion

Serve hot as a side dish to roasted chicken, pork or fish or chilli and serve with salads and sandwiches. For a spicy alternative try adding a chopped chilli pepper when cooking the celery.

This chutney can also be used as an added ingredient to add depth of flavour to sauces, curries and casseroles. Can be kept for up to a week, but make sure you store in a sealed container in the fridge.
