Pre heat the oven to 180°C. Cook the chicken breasts in the pre heated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
In a bowl mix together the soup and milk. Add curry the powder to soup mixture and stir well. In a separate bowl mix together the breadcrumbs and grated.
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil; cook the broccoli florets until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked cut into bite sized pieces and place into an oven proof dish. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
Drain the broccoli florets and place onto dish with the chicken.
Cover the chicken and broccoli with the mixed breadcrumbs and cheese ensuring the chicken and broccoli is covered.
Bake in oven uncovered for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Serve with new potatoes and vegetable of your choice.
