Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water according to the pack instructions.
Dice the chicken and chorizo into bite size pieces. In a pan fry the chicken in a little oil until it is cooked through and slightly browned.
Add the chorizo and fry for 2 minutes. Add the cream and reduce to a sauce consistency.
Drain the pasta and combine with the chicken and chorizo sauce. Serve with garlic bread.
The cream takes on the colour of the chorizo and gives it a lovely colour, a great med week family supper!
