brown off the chicken with the onion and the carrot and the leeks

add in the chicken stock and the herbs and simmer for half an hour

mix the milk and the cornflour together to form a paste to thicken the sauce. add this to the pan on a medium heat.

transfer to pie dish and add the pre rolled pastry on top, cook for a further 30 mins
