Chicken and pancetta pasta bake recipe

Place pan of boiling water and pinch of salt on to boil when reach boiling point add pasta

Dice chicken breasts up and place in hot pan and cook until cooked through

Add pancetta cubes to chicken and cook to crisp

Drain cooked pasta and place into a roasting dish/casserole dish

Place cooked chicken and pancetta over pasta

Add sauce and combine ingredients

Place in oven to warm sauce through

  • 3 boneless chicken breast
  • 500g Finest gigli pasta
