Chicken and rice recipe

Cut your two chicken breasts in chunks Fry them off with some olive oil. Put your rice on to boil and simmer with lid on pot.

Once the chicken is white on the outside and your onions peppers and mushrooms

Once your rice is done bring it to the frying pan with you other ingredients and fry altogether for a further 5 mins

Leave rice on with the lid on the pot for 15 minutes
