I have lost 13 stone so far, I came up with this dish as its full of veg, healthy and filling
fry off chicken breast first in fry light spray, once cooked, set aside
dry fry red, green and yellow peppers chopped and diced, along with onion, mushrooms, turkey rashers and courgettes, when almost done, cook pasta. When all cooked, stir in together, stir in dolmio stir in sauce and pasatta, when all is mixed in together put into a dish, grate cheese on the top and bake for 15-20 mins on gas mark 6
low fat, gluten free
