Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan180°C/Gas mark 6.
Place the chicken breasts on a board and slice in half. Spoon into the chicken the garlic and herb soft cheese.
Wrap one slice of baconaround each chicken breast, as neatly and tightly as you can, to keep the filling enclosed. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked and the juices run clear when a skewer is inserted.
Bring to the boil a pan of water and boil the new potatoes for 15 mins. Cook the seasonal vegetables as instructed, serve and enjoy.
