Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the onion, garlic and tomato and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the chicken and stir fry until cooked.
Add basil leaves and a few shakes of Italian seasoning. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Pour over Carbonara sauce and add cream or greek yoghurt if you have any. Cook for a couple of minutes until sauce is hot.
Stir in cooked pasta shapes (preferably swizzles or shells)
