Chicken goujons recipe

Mix the flour and pepper together in a large bowl. Slice the chicken breasts into 1 inch strips. Coat the chicken strips first in flour, then egg and lastly the bread crumb mixture.

Shallow fry until golden brown, approximately 4 minutes.

Serve with a side salad and mayonnaise.

  • 2tbsp olive oil
