In a small bowl, combine the butter, paprika, pepper, salt, lemon juice and garlic. Beat until well mixed.
Place the chicken breasts on a board and carefully cut a small pocket in each.
Place half the butter mixture into each pocket and secure the opening with a cocktail stick.
Place the flour on a plate; beat the egg and pour it into a shallow, flat-bottomed bowl; place the breadcrumbs on a further plate. Dip each chicken breast into the flour so that it is evenly coated, then into the egg and finally into the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and place the chicken Kievs carefully into it. Fry over a medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and the outside is golden.
Remember to remove the cocktail sticks before serving.
