Peel and dice the onion and mushrooms, placing in a saucepan.
Add the chicken in white sauce, stir often until heated. Finally cut the chicken breats into pieces and add to the mixture. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
Tips: Stir often to stop from sticking to pan base. Don't add chicken until the very end as you don't want it to become shredded.
An added extra is to use ready rolled puff pastry cut into smaller pieces and place on top of your mix just before serving. Smile and sing as you serve. This is your "chicken medley".
