This spicy noodles soup is great for a winter warmer enjoy.
Dice chicken in to 3cm chunks,
Heat oil in pan,
Prepare chillie mushrooms cut pak choy in 4 quarters,
cook chicken for 4mins,
add stock pot and top with 150fl ounces of boiling hot water, cook for a further 4mins,
Add Chinese 5spice, ginger, chillie, mushrooms,
Mangetout, soy sauce,salt and sugar turn heat down and simmer for a minute,
finally add pak choy, noodles cook until noodles soft.
serve straight away with a squeese of fresh lime.
