I have very fussy children, having tried them with lasagne they not only disliked the mince meat but also the red sauce. So I decided to try again with chicken and just the White sauce. From there it became the above dish which is easily prepared earlier in the day and heated up. And kids love it

Boil water in a pain, add a pinch of salt. Dice the chicken and add to water, cook until meat is white, roughly about 15 minutes. Cook some pasta And drain. In a oven proof dish add the Cooked chicken and pasta. Pour over white Bolognese sauce, sprinkle over grated cheese. Oven bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese has melted. Cook the garlic bread and cut up on a seperate plate. Wash your rocket lettuce and place on your plate and serve your main dish. Will be hot so allow a couple of minutes before serving.

At times instead of garlic bread we warm up pitta bread and butter the outside with garlic butter, can be found in the fridge section in tesco near the fresh dough.
