Heat the oven to 200C, (180C fan ) gas mark 6. Cut a slit in the chicken breasts. (Don't make the hole too wide)
Push some Bousin cheese into the pocket.
Wrap in parma ham. Drizzle with olive oil.
Cook for 20-27 mins, until the juices run clear when a knife's inserted.
Serve with green salad or petit pois peas.
Bake in foil parcels if you like; place chicken length ways in centre of A4 size piece of foil, fold over and crimp the edges
serve either in foil bag on plate, or take out out of pack, making sure to pour all sauce over chicken
