Cut the chicken breasts into thing slice. Thinly slice onion. halve mushrooms through the stalk

Melt the butter and gently fry the chicken strips, stirring, for 5 minutes, or until they have lost their pinkness. lift out.

Add the onion and fry gently for about 8 minutes. add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes. return chicken with the stick. bring to the boil reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. serve immediately, sprinkled with paprika
