Chicken Tarragon Burgers recipe

Put all the ingredients in together- chicken, tarragon, breadcrumbs and egg. Mix well the add 75ml of cold water.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix in well with the rest of the ingredients.

Divide up into burgers- should make about 4.

Chill the burgers for about half to one hour if there's time.

Cook on the BBQ or the grill for about 5 mins per side.

To help cook the burgers, flatten them with a wooden spoon.
