CUT CHICKEN INTO STRIPS PUT YOGHURT AND OLIVE OIL INTO MIXING BOWL AND MIX TOGETHER THEN ADD ALL DRY GOODS, MIX WELL THEN ADD 1/2 THE LEMON JUICE PUT CHICKEN STRIPS INTO MARINADE AND LEAVE OVERNIGHT, TAKE CHICKEN STRIPS AND WEAVE THEM ONTO KEBAB SKEWERS, BRUSH CHICKEN WITH REMAINING MARINADE AND GRILL OR GRIDDLE ON MEDIUM HEAT TURNING WHEN COOKED SQUEEZE REMAINING LEMON JUICE ON CHICKEN AND SERVE.

TIP ADD 1 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC FOR YELLOW COLOUR
