Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and place in a dish add yogurt, garlic, ginger, curry powder and lemon juice. Mix and leave for a few minutes to marinate.
Peel the potatoes and chop into small pieces. Bring a saucepan of water to boil and add the sweet potates and cook until soft.
Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry until brown then add the garam masala.
Drain cooked potatoes and mash with a little butter and milk, add the onions and mix.
Place chicken pieces on a skewer and chargrill turning every few minutes.
Place mash on a plate topped with the kebab. Enjoy!
