Blend the tikka masala paste with the Alpro Simply Plain, lime juice and chopped coriander. Pour the mixture over the chicken and leave to marinate in a non-metallic dish for about an hour. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill or barbecue until cooked through - if using wooden skewers soak in cold water first for 30 minutes
To make the pilaf, add the rice, turmeric, cinnamon and a litre of water. Cover and boil for 10 minutes over a low heat, until rice is cooked through and the water has been absorbed.
To make the raita, mix the cucumber, mint, lemon juice, Alpro Simply Plain and Alpro Soya Single into smooth paste and season with salt and pepper.
