This is a very quick and easy recipe suitable for family occassions and dinner parties
Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan, add chicken and cook quickly until lightly browned
Reduce the heat and add stock, lemon rind, lemon juice and rosemary. Season to taste, cover and simmer gently for about 10 minutes until chicken is tender
Remove chicken from pan, cover and keep warm
Boil the cooking juices to reduce a little. Add the chicken, grapes and cream and heat through gently.
Serve with noodles or boiled rice
