Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the chicken breasts with the diced onion and mushroom.
Stir in the creme fraiche and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the strips of sun-dried tomatoes to the chicken mixture together with the oil from tomatoes. Cook for 5 mins and serve.

Serve with baguette, peas

  • 100g - mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 tbsp - creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp - sun-dried tomatoes, sliced, plus 2 tbsp oil from the jar
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
