Heat the oven to 200°C fan, 180°C, Gas Mark 6. Season the chicken breasts and place 2 sage leaves on each. Wrap with 2 slices of the bacon, place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 – 25 minutes until cooked through, with no pink showing.
Meanwhile bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the potatoes for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Drain and serve with the bacon wrapped chicken.
