prepare and chop pineapple into chunks, also chop onion and peppers into small dice.
place all of the diced veg into a wok or frying pan with a little oil and gentle heat through on a low heat until they start to soften, add the pinapple chunks and sweet chilly dipping sauce and cook trough until sauce coats all of the vegtables and fruit
serve as an accompliment to bbq food.
