Chilli and garlic kale HERO

Heat the oil in a lidded pan or wok over a medium heat. Fry the garlic until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.

Add the chilli to the pan and fry for 1 minute. Add the kale. Cook, covered, occasionally tossing, for 10 minutes until tender. Transfer to a dish, scatter with the crispy garlic.
