Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. In a large bowl, mix the oil and chilli sauce. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.Arrange the wings on a foil-lined baking tray and roast for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, then baste with the juices from the tray and season well. Return to the oven for 10 minutes more, until cooked through with no pink showing.Meanwhile, spoon the coleslaw into a bowl and stir through the cheese and chives. Serve with the wings.
