Heat the oil in a large frying pan, over a medium heat, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until beginning to soften. Meanwhile cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes.
Add the chilli to the onion and cook for a further minute before adding the tomatoes and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are beginning to soften and the chicken is heated through.
Stir in the spinach and cook until it is just wilted, season to taste and serve.
