chilli potato wedges recipe

my children wanted chips for tea, but I didn't have any so I made these spicy wedges instead.

Half potatoes lengthwise and cut into wedge shapes

Put wedges in a baking tray and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Sprinkle with course sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and chilli flakes and mix things around

Put in hot oven for about 30 mins
