Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. In a separate bowl whip the cream to soft peaks. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool before folding into the cream stirring gently.

Spoon the mixture into cups and place into the fridge. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with fresh raspberries.
