I love figs & I love dark chocolate - together they are a decadent treat with a real wow factor
Cut the Figs into quarters and put a cocktail stick into each. Break up the chocolate and gently melt with the syrup and butter, blending together. Once melted remove from the heat.
Dip each fig piece into the chocolate mixture and then place onto some grease proof paper.
Repeat until all pieces are coated.
Place the figs into the fridge to set for at least an hour.
Great as a treat with an after dinner treat with an aperitif.
Leftover chocolate mix can be used as a double dip or poured over set figs for extra chocolateyness.
