Put everything except the coconut oil in a food processor and blitz until it's like fine breadcrumbs.

Add the coconut oil and blend again to combine well.

Press the mixture into about a dozen balls, and put in the fridge to cool and set. Store in the fridge.

  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp bioglan cacoa powder
  • 2tbsp coconut oil, melted
